Product Description
A thread mill is a cutting tool designed to cut threads by milling. Compared to general tapping, thread milling is more stable with fewer cutting condition limitations regarding chip management and coolant lubricity. We provide various choices of thread milling tools, including a complete line of inserts and tips and helical and straight flute threading tools for your milling machines. We also supply a range of indexable thread mills for quick and easy thread cutting to suit a variety of projects. Threading inserts and tool holders are available for both standard and custom applications.
